I weighed in this morning and I am kinda upset. I didn't loose anything. I hope that there is room on the maintain train for me.
I don't understand why I didn't loose weight this week. Don't get me wrong I am happy I didn't gain anything, but with all the walking I have done over the last two weeks I would have thought that I would have lost something. I will just have to try harder next week. I am just worried because I have been trying really hard and nothing seems to be working.
On a side note, my in laws decided to surprise us yesterday and they called and said that they would be at our house at 6pm to take us to dinner. They also wanted to see how our yard was coming along, since we have been working really hard on it. Well when my mother in law got out of their car, she was like oh my gosh Julie you look wonderful. I can't believe how good you look, how much weight have you lost now? That made my day yesterday. They have seen me all along, but usually I am wearing jeans and a T-Shirt. Yesterday I had on shorts and a tank top and you could really tell I had lost the weight. The clothes were actually the right size as opposed to baggy stuff I have been wearing.I hope that comment will Motivate me enough to continue this.
Well I am off to go paint our back porch. I will check back later. Maybe I will even take pictures of my backyard to share with you all. You can see my garden.
