My goals for this week:
1) Eat a healthy balanced plan with only one weekly treat
2) Exercise daily
3) Water and more water
4) Be a supportive buddy

vitamins and supplements
excercise for at least 30 min every day!
stick to plan
come on buddy slim as often as I can
Me time

HELLO EVERYONE,

HOPE YOU ALL ARE HAVING A GREAT DAY. ABOUT TO GO AND GET IN MY 2 MILES FOR THE DAY. JULY AND AUGUST IS OUR HOTTEST DOWN HERE AND THEY ARE ALREADY POSTING THE WARNINGS ABOUT HEATSTROKES AND DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER. SO I HAVE NOTICED ALOT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THEIR WALKING IN EARLY IN THE MORNING AS WELL.

Good afternoon all,
I got my walking in early today too Annie. I walked to miles so far, I might go for 2 more tonight when my hubby gets home. I walked 5 miles yesterday.

I am doing better with my eating now that I am home from vacation. I wish I felt better emotionally. I am having trouble coping with the end of the school year and being away from my students and my co workers. I don't know what to do with all of my time. I was fine while I was on vacation, but now that I am home i don't know what to do. I think this afternoon I am going to sit on the porch and read. Maybe I will paint my nails. But for now I am going to go have lunch. Talk to you all later...

I'll be back in the saddle again on Thursday. I've decided to start dieting again. Even though I have been totally eating whatever I felt like eating, I've only re-gained 6 pounds. Which isn't bad, I think I could lose that in a week. So, right now I'm 205 pounds. Wish me luck.

Hi everyone

I just wrote a blog inspired by watching the film Lipstick, and I thought i'd share my challenge to myself with you, and for anyone who wants to join me.

Briefly - since ive put on weight ive toned down my clothing, hardly wearing heels or skirts or bright makeup or clothes.
So i've decided to challenge myself to wear something that belongs to the 'thinner' me everyday - a pair of heels, a skirt, a bright lipstick (rather than neutral gloss) or a bright scarf. Anything that I have subconsciously decided makes me noticeable. I'll keep you updated of how far (and how scared) I get.

Hi Fellow Heartbreakers

After a rest today, I still felt low on energy and wanted to munch. I grabbed a handful of mushrooms out the fridge and got on here. I always want to eat in the afternoon when I have to kick it into gear and i'm looking for energy and don't have any. Mushrooms and water must sustain me until dinner. That sounds weird but i needed to say it so thanks for listening.

Cathy: Congrats on getting back on the saddle. I'm getting back in the groove this week after moving. We can do it!

Posting my goals again:
1/ follow my healthy eating plan
2/ drink water constantly
3/ take my supplements
4/ unpack at least 1 box per day
5/ keep blogging
6/ no eating after 8pm!!!!!!!
Positive thoughts coming your way to each one here. Lets do this thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW HEARTBREAKERS looks like everyone is motivated and moving this week. My goals:
Alternate walking/ wogging/ and weights
Drink way more water
Cut out late night snacks.
Support my buddies
