My goals for this week.......
I have got to get busy and get serious. I am so tired of this up and down rollercoaster!!

1. Drink Water
2. Exercise Daily
3. No Worries!!!!

Glad to see you are back Debbie. It's quiet without you....
Now we just need to find Linda and get her back here too. I know she went camping... probably doesn't want to come back. LOL

My goals for the week-
1. Reach goal so I can brag about getting there before Tanis.. (Sorry Tanis, ha ha)
2. Relax a little on Thursday and Friday (only if I am at goal) I have a 4 day weekend)
3. Eat more fruit and veggies- seems to be working and I loose on the weeks I up my fruit. (Must be something to this fruit and veggie thing)
4. Drink my water
5. Support my team- We can do it team-- Let's motivated each other and take the number 1 spot this week....

Goals:
1. exercise daily
2. more fruits and veggies
3. to not overdo it over the 4th weekend (eating)
4. more water

Cathy I am a little worried about the eating next weekend too. We have way too many parties to go to for the next couple of weekend. Oh well guess we should up the exercise... What do you think??

Hello DIAMONDS!!! Hope everyone is well. I need a kick in the butt this week. Feeling sluggish... blah....
ANYWAY! Here are my goals

1. Stay away from sugar
2. Drink my water
3. Learn ways to gain energy aside from drinking so many energy drinks
4. Stop looking for someone to blame my weight ON, and take ownership.
5. Workout... period... every single day ( HELP ME HERE!!! lol )

You guys ROCK! Never forget it!

ok Melissa here comes that kick in the butt...
Are you taking vitamins??? You might want to try a B6 or B12 supplement too for energy. How about sleep? Are you getting enough of that?? We need you to get your engery back...

AHHH!! Felt that one Zina lol. Been trying to remember to take my B12. Which is GREAT. As far as sleep, I could sleep for DAYS and never feel rested and I dont know why. Like today I took a 5 hour nap and feel like I could go right back to sleep. IT SUCKS!! lol

Hello Diamonds!!! It's been kinda qiet around here this weekend. I guess everyone was away. As of tomorrow I will be staying at my mothers taking care of her till she can be on her own two feet. She has internet so I will check in when I can.
My Goals for the week

1. Don't eat after 6 pm
2.Drink lots of water
3.Keep doing kickboxing
4.Get my mother recovered...

So everyone have a good week and remember to keep moving and drink your water!!!!!
