hello rockstars!! another 3 miles down

i am happy to report. AND i really REALLY need to get on top of this water thing. bad bad heather! a friend found a tip on drinking enough water: put as many bracelets on your wrist (the awkward one, left for me) as glasses or bottles you need to drink. when you finish one move a bracelet to your more comfy wrist. i may give that a shot today.
i am also considering posting a workout song thread, anyone else think that is a good idea?
lemme know. i'll check back in later. probably multiple times (see blog) i am a little bored.
