P.S. For those of you out here who beat yourselves up over a slip up every now and again...remember back to Monday when I had an ice cream sundae!!! I'm not trying to brag, so please don't take this that way, what I mean to say is, seriously, don't get down on yourself for a treat every now and then if you are willing to work with yourself after. Moderation has been key for me...I don't binge cause I allow myself treats, but I do keep each one of those treats in mind and when I walk/workout I use those treats as motivation. I mean, do get kinda mad at myself in a way, but I use it as motivation to walk an extra 5 minutes or do an extra 5 squats or something like that. I take the bad food and turn it into good energy. My point to you all my friends is that you should reward yourselves, but you should also know there are some consequences to follow...it's what you do with those consequences that makes the difference. Do nothing and gain some pounds, turn it into energy and motivation and drop drop drop the pounds!!!
Again, I am saying this to help motivate, NOT to put anybody down, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE view this message as such because I truly do love everybody here. You are all special to me and I hope everyday to make a positive difference in your lives.
