B" Kashi cereal and banana, sugar free coffee creamer

L: baked chicken, salad, ranch dressing, (very little), one slice whole wheat brea, 1 teaspoob butter, 1 fresh peach
S: none
D: 4 oz steak, baked potato with butter spray and peas
64 oz water and vitamins
20 minutes with Jillian
Tomorrow will do my dvd and L 1-8 and stay op. I will try and come on if I can.

Good job sticking to good food choices inspite of all the stress. What a great role model you are for the rest of us.

Well I got up to 1039 calories today...at least I'm getting closer?
Breakfast: apples & cinnamon Quaker Oatmeal
Lunch: Clam Chowder soup and a tuna sandwich (1 slice of Italian bread, tuna, a little mayo and chopped celery)
Dinner: 2 vegetarian egg rolls
Snacks: curves strawberry and cream bar and a handful of nuts

I have a hard time eatting enough calories too. It is as if I think that I should be on this strict diet. I have found out that I usually lose more weight when I eat at least 1500 calories a day. There is always tomorrow!!!

Hey Jennifer, I'm glad I'm not the only one with that problem. It seems if I increase my calories I increase my carbs...and I am rather hesitant in doing that. ..but I know I need to eat more and 1200 is my goal but I came closer today!
