Hey guys....

Wanted to post my day so far......

Did L8, L6, L5, and L4
Leslie Sansone 1 mile booster
Jillian's power sculpt 1

B- 1c honey nut cheerios, 1/2c 1/2% milk
L- 3oz tuna, 2 slices white bread, 2tbls miracle whip light, 1c strawberries

I am trying to conserve most of my points and calories for later at the barbeque. My whole family is camping this week, so I am hoping for an afternoon swim at the beach and instead of driving from the campsite to the beach I am opting to walk.

Good luck everyone.

Jenny

I will not be recording my intake until I start up Monday again. But if and perhaps when (ha!) I go off plan, even just a little I will share here the yummy things that I did have. Only things I love though and moderate! I do not think anyone will come along and make me eat a whole piece of peanut butter pie. NO THEY WON'T, I will not let them.

And, I set the message reminder on my phone to make sure I do not forget to weigh in on my first weigh on Sunday. I just naturally wake up usually at 7:30. So that seems good. Has anyone ever given you Kama or Molly a phone number to call collect in case someone forgets to weigh in? That would be awesome!!! lol Just kidding, you have plenty you do here already

Have a good one all!
Enjoy your company, Jenn and have a great weekend!

still here...just out of commission for a couple of days (stomach flu thingy)...however, i am back in the saddle again starting today. I did Session 7 of The Firm which hits many of the challenges: C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C7, U2, U4, U5, U6, U7, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7, and L8. I have kept my calories right around 1300 - although i have had to use the BRAT diet to combat the stomach thingy. So far today i had an Egg Beaters Omelette with a little cheddar cheese and medium salsa (yummy!) ~100 calories...then Kashi Go Lean Crunch for mid-morning snack w/soy milk ~320 calories...then a tuna sandwich for lunch ~350 calories...i know i could have better balance here (e.g., more fiber and stuff) - but, frankly, i am pooped and just trying to eat reasonable things. So, i have around 500-600 calories left for the day...should be ok. Also, I am saving my weigh-in for Sunday morning since I am still up a little (185). BTW - Are we outed if we gain or fail to lose any weight for the week?

Happy 4th girlies! xo, Mimi

Happy 4th of July Wildcats! Hope you are all enjoying your day.
Breakfast: quaker oatmeal-apples & cinnamon
Lunch: Clam Chowder soup, the 99% fat free kind and some celery sticks with peanut butter
Dinner: Pizza with sweet peppers added on it (bad I know...but it was supreme and I took the meat off and did not eat the crust. I think I will eliminate or reduce the pizza I eat in the future)
Snacks: I had a strawberry and cream curves bar and a handful of peanuts because I was hungry
Water- I'm on my third bottle of 24 fl oz!

Tomorrow I have another Curves workout session so I'll weigh in at that time. If I didn't lose any weight...I'm going to assume that I am not eating enough calories and probably find a way to increase them. (some days I am only around 800 calories, but other days because I'll eat out I might eat more than 1200...so I just hope it evens out)
Have a great holiday!

Sorry you haven't been feeling well, but so glad you are recovering! Looks like you have done great today! As for the weigh-in, we post everyone's results (not your actual weight, but gain, loss), and due to fluctuations with hormones, being sick, having a bad week etc. there are almost always some small gains. We understand these things and no one ever gets any grief for gaining or not losing. That's one of the great things about the team--we all support each other no matter what! Best wishes to you for weigh in this week!

Well I followed almost all of my diet plan for yesterday. However, I did eat about 5 of those minature candy bars. Looking back now I realize that I didn't even want them....it was pure stress. Between my dad and my aunt barking orders and such I totally felt my anxiety level raise. Whenever this happens my head starts to feel as if it is spinning. These are the moments that I reach for food......sort of like my Xanax!!!! Thank God I was able to stop at five candy bars. I removed myself from the situation and walked around the campground instead. I hope for a better eatting day today!! Will post later on this evening. God Bless....Jenny
