Sometimes I actually find it hard to eat all my points. As far as Leslie....I can't wait until I feel strong enough to do the 4 or 5 mile....soon very soon.
You can do it, Jenny! You are off to a fantastic start!

Bios are a great idea! Associating some info. with a pic would really help to understand and "know" each other better.

Hey there wildcats! So... this is probably the first time I've had some serious motivation to stop my binging. Today was the first successful day.. YAY. But since binging is a nasty habit, and often an obsessive-compulsive action I know it's going to take some strength to beat the urges.. and usually the first three days are the hardest! So... i'll probably be on here a lot in the next couple days to help make it through! Thanks to everyone!

I'm newish to Slimbuddy and plan to join the wildcats.
Tomorrow's meals:
Breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal, calories 140
Lunch: Probably a salad, ingredients are romaine lettuce, cheese, turkey from the deli and dressing, calories from dressing probably like 8. oh and I tend to not eat all of my cheese...
Snack: I eat those curves strawberry bars, I think their 100 calories
Dinner: it depends
ok and exercise is going to be an hour at curves, which is 30 minutes on the machines circuit and then stretching
my calories count might be low...so if anyone knows how to make it more without adding carbs, I'm open to suggestions tho I tend to only eat fish or turkey as meat products...
