Down a pound this week!! I'm so excited- really didn't think it would happen considering all the junk last week and no workouts yet this week- so I am really thrilled!! I won't have a computer after today, but I'll miss you all on my 3 day weekend. I think we're having a cookout w/Mark's family, but not to worry, I am bringing a turkey burger and low-fat, calorie pasta salad for myself!!

I have that poster hanging in my office. I lost my cousin at the age of 19 to the war...I cannot pass a soldier without shaking their hand and thanking them for their service and that sacrifices that go along with it.

Okay Cats, I just got told to get out of work early today since I have busted my shrinking hiney this week. Sooooo, I will miss playdate today. However, I will be back in the morning to report for weigh in! YESS! It is gonna be a good week. Mr. Handyman needs to come back home to his girls!
