I have great news! Finally hit 155 lbs - 25 weight loss in 93 days. I am so happy. I'm shocked I lost 2 lbs this week, just shocked. Actually have been shocked I lost the last 6 in 3 weeks. I am now 5 lbs away from my best weight from last year. I reset my mini goal to 145 lbs.
I of course weighed myself before working out this morning. I weighed myself after and it was at 154 lbs but I won't count the extra lb.
This morning I had a great time at my sculpt class. We had a sub again but she was amazing - new moves, routine and the whole nine yards to kick my ass. I loved every second of it. I then did 15 min. of yoga.
Tonight I have a kickboxing and maybe a spin class to do.
Other then that just hanging on to eating right which should be easier now that my Aunt Flow is out the door.

Nancy, that is awesome news! Wow, you have a jam packed day again! I give you credit sticking with those spinning classes. I just can't do it! I will take a boring eliptical over it anyday!
You are doing great! You will soon be in the 140's! It goes fast at that point! Because everything you have done to get there up to that point then becomes a habit! You are such a motivator girl!!! Good work!
