Hey everyone, sorry I have been lacking participation on the posting. Just been watching this week, been a busy one again. I wish my life would slow down and I could enjoy what I have left of summer! It's my birthday today (yay), and I am just relaxing and doing some packing. My mom took me to a day spa yesterday which was awesome, I needed that massage SO BAD! I leave tomorrow on vacation (!yes!)for the entire week to visit my best friend in Alabama, haven't seen her for almost a year. It should be fun! I am planning to get some good long walks/jogs in if it isn't too hot and buggy/muggy! Might be hard to watch the food intake, they're planning a catfish fry!! Mmm yum! Have a good one everybody, I will try to check in later this week for weigh in as well.

This week's goals:
-Lose 2 pounds.
-Run or walk at least 3 miles every day.
-Do Team Challenge Exercises every day.
-Be a good buddy.
-Continue blogging every day.
-Eat smaller portions at lunch and dinner.

my goals for the week.

Lose as much weight as i can.
drink lots of water.
walk 3 miles a day.
try to be a good buddy when i have time to write
cut down more on pepsi and hot dogs. (going to be hard)

Hi guys!

Won't be on the computer long but wanted to post my goals.

Goals for this week:
-Be a good buddy
-Participate in the point system. I think I can get to a few of the challenges and maybe get close to 100%
-No grazing, been doing very well with personal challenge to stop in 14 days.
-Stress less
-Enjoy this weightloss process. I'm having so much fun with this site and the support is amazing.
-Continue to lose weight for Fanatics and Christmas Challenge

Have a great Sunday everyone.

I couldn't get to the gym Sat. morning because my honey wanted to hang out but we did swim for 2 hours. This morning I have an early kickboxing class. Can't wait.

Good morning buddies! I'm up early putting on coffee and making breakfast before everyone wakes up. It's my little peaceful time to my self. It looks like it is going to rain all day here. Guess we won't be doing much outside. Maybe we'll go rent some movie and watch them all day long.

limit diet pop to one per day, if at all
journal my food intake
