I'm just getting on for the day and it is 5:40! I'm so tired I wish I could go to bed right now but I have to juggle my son's practice and Madelyn's practice which are at the same time! Just finished supper. Did my exercises this morning and I swept and moped the house. Guess that's why I'm so tired, I haven't sat down yet! Sounds like everyone is busy, have fun with all your plans!

Translation:
Do you know someone that never seems to give up? No matter what happens they keep going. Take a minute and think about trying to beat someone that never gives up. Even losing and failure is a kind of victory for some people. Try to look at life with a perspective of learning as much as you can from every situation and you might find that giving up shouldn’t ever be a choice. Keep trying and using those lessons of failure to build a solid foundation and victory will be your sweet reward!

End of a long day and I am still very tired. I hope Nathan does not get up tonight. I hope he gets out of that phase soon. My dad is taking Kyle fishing tomorrow morning. He went sleep at their house so I don't have to wake up so early to get him ready. His game is not until 7:30 p.m. so he'll have plenty of time to rest. This is the first year in a long time we do not do anything for the fourth. I don't understand why they scheduled a baseball tournament to start on July 4. I'm sure it was a bunch of men behind that one! I don't know what I'll do with Nate for the game. It's too late for him to be out b/c he is allergic to mosquitos and around here they are so big they can pick you up and carry you away if you are not careful. Kyle's game starts at the prime time for them to come out. Hopefully someone will offer to keep him.

Tonight I was craving something chocolate sooooo bad. There was one chocolate snack left in the pantry. All kinds of sabatoging thoughts were entering my mind - "you deserve it, you had a rough day", "it's only a couple hundred calories, go for it", "you're PMSing so that's a good excuse", ect., ect. But I fought back and won. Didn't give into the craving. It feels good now that the craving is gone and I didn't eat it.

I'm sure it will be pretty quiet on here tomorrow. Have a great time everyone! Be safe!

I am proud of you that you did not eat that choco. hope your day will be a good one today. happy 4th.

I feel so great. and thank you for your support. have a wonderfull 4th and i will check in later.

Hey Yvette, congrats on the mini goal! You are doing awesome, keep up the hard work girl. And I am just like you when I go shopping - it's like I have to have a converstion with myself the whole time to talk myself out of buying one of those chocolate bars.

Okay, I'm having trouble getting this to Kim, so I'll post it here and I'm hoping she will see it - I lost two pounds so now I'm down to 216. Been trying to message her all morning but my computer seems to have PMS today.

Good morning buddies! I hope you all had a wonderful Independence Day. Kyle played in his first all-star game last night and he did great. He was able to pitch the whole game and the team won 13-6. I filmed it for John because he is at work. We were able to see fireworks all around us. It was pretty neat. I had no problem with eating yesterday as there were no cook outs or anything for us. My dad did fry some fish they caught yesterday but that's not my thing. Also, when Kyle pitches I get nervous so I didn't eat much.

I'm looking forward to losing more weight next week. Have a wonderful day everyone!
