Hello team!
I hope everyone is doing well.
Start with last night - went to kickboxing, smaller class meant more room to move about. I got in a great workout. Rodney was waiting for me at home so I couldn't do my yoga class. I have to tell you I had the worse cramping episode since I started puberty. Right before class I popped some tylenol. I used kickboxing to get my body loose and sure enough, right after class cramps are gone and has not returned. I've notice that whenever I workout around Aunt Flow days, I don't have to deal with cramps; yesterday was an exception but working out came to my rescue.
Got home and ate my dinner because I didn't not get enough calories in for the day. We went to the theater to see "Wanted" but was happy to see Hancock playing. Because it was so close to 8 and we were both hungry we went to Pasta Bravo. I made a wise choice and had a delicious chinese chicken salad - the best in a long time.
Overall good eat and exercise Tuesday.
I have to force an off day today because I am a bit tired. What sucks is getting up at 5am and while laying in bed watching my BF get ready for work, the only thought on my mind was wishing I was at the gym. Sick, yes, really really sick.
