Default Re: Interval Training: Walkers Charge Ahead!

I like that idea. I think we all want to continue with a challenge, and I'd like us to try and recruit a few others as well. More people invloved helps me with the accountability part, I think.

Like I've said, i'd like to find something that presses me, but also allows me to mix in some strength training as well. The problem with that is not everyone either wants or has the same access to various methods of strength training.

I *think* one of the reasons I didn't do as well with this challenge is that I found it too easy to catch up if I let a day slip, so I frequently did. I want to feel *pressed* to get each day done.

Tatiana, welcome back! Any new pics for us?? I need a Hawaii fix...
Here's the view I had from my back lawn every morning back in February. We rented a beach house that walked right onto a sandy beach, so I got up at 6am each day and watched the sun rise over Diamond Head and Waikiki... I miss that!

This sunset is beautiful..
Good to see you back Tatiana. Congratulations on the weightloss too.
I was thinking of maybe a time limit challenge... Like 60-90 minutes of exercise each day... That's my idea... Maybe we could all state at the beginning what we will be doing for our exercise..

I like that idea Zina. That way we can each do our own kind of exercise, but have a time limit to follow to keep us accountable.
