Watch out the Blue Team Leader is here and this guy is a dynamo! You Rockstars have your work cut out for this week! The Red Leader is crippled but the other two winners from last week are gunna be gunning for you again, I'm sure of it! And the Green and Blue Leader are here now, so you've got heavy duty Rockstar attitudes getting in on this!

Work hard on those good habits this week and get paid with successful lifestyle changes! It makes a difference, I promise!

If you are new to the challenges go back to the beginning and read the longer version of the challenges because they may help you understand them better. We used abbreviated ones on our scoreboards. The Rockstar Affirmation is written out at the bottom of the list of challenges. If you have a habit you really want to create, make it a challenge and use the benefit of the points to help you feel rewarded for doing that thing each day. And share it with the rest of us, we may need to be doing the very same thing you are needing to do!!!

Jamie, no you don't have to log it here, just keep up with it for your own benefit. We have Rockstar trust here! If you say you put it down then you did! If you say you do and you don't it only hurts you, and Rockstars wouldn't do that!
