Is It Worth It?
So you take a look at my program and all you see is the work: the counting, the measuring, the hours of sweat and strain. Almost doesn't seem worth it, right? Wrong! What seems like a lot of work is necessary if you want to look and feel your best — and really, it's not all that bad once you get used to it. So get moving!

"I just thought I'd share something that made me smile today. I've been a member here since April 23rd and I've been doing the circuits from this site and choosing healthier food. I even quit my Diet Coke habit, which nobody I know can believe. Anyway, here's what made me smile today: Three people who had no idea I was doing any of this asked me if I was losing weight. They talked about how good I looked and that my skin seems glowing and healthier. So, although I'm not close to my goal yet and I haven't lost a large amount of weight, there IS a difference and that is what makes all of this worth it. Those circuits are HARD!
