Hi You Guys!!!

My name is Crystal and I am 30 years old. I am originally from Los Angeles but I live in Mississippi now. I want to get back to my original weight of 115 pounds. I am 122 as of this morning - (was 125) so I did make a bit of progress, but I need the motivation to keep going until I get there, you know, and once I get there, I need constant motivation to stay there. Linsey was so nice as to invite me to join the Wildcats and I would like to know how to I go about joining. I believe that being part of a group is just what I need. THANKS and CONGRATS to all of you!!!! -Crystal

Hey cats, accountablity time!
B: 1/2 cup Kashi, fat free yogurt, and a banana, and sugar free coffee creamer
S: english muffin
L: same as yesterday, turkey sandwich and sunchips
S: cheese stick
DL pork tenderloin, 4 oz, baked potato, and salad
64 oz water, L1-8, and 20 minutes level 3 dvd

1331 calories
