Hi team, sorry I flaked on the weigh-in!!! YIKES! I am maintaining. Still under 180, so YAY for that, and we went to the beach this weekend. It was GREAT!! My little munchkin is a water-baby AND a sand castle (destruction) baby
We ate well and withing my plan, the friends we visited were so considerate of my weight-loss when they were planning dinner (BBQ steak and TONS of veggies, YUM) it was sweet. I was a flake about sunscreen, too (for me at least, baby and hubby were fine) I just lazed about mine and am bordering on burnt. that's what I get, right?
CONGRATS, btw, on the second place everyone, we are really rocking it!
I am SO exhausted today. My goals are:
WATER
banana (my slow process of bringing in more fruit and veggies to my day)
clean/organize kitchen
unpack and wash from the weekend (i plan to have the house back together by tomorrow)
workout (check, yay for water aerobics)
sleep (cross your fingers for me here

)
