My Goals
  • exercise daily
  • strength training
  • walk out in the sunshine at least once when it is cool enough
  • get good sleep!
  • Lose at least 2 more pounds
I have 11 pounds I HAVE to lose before school starts. Feel free to kick my a$$ if you need to :P

My Goals:
  • 64 oz of water daily
  • Walk 1 hour x 5 days
  • Support my teamates
  • Multivitamin daily

I'm really trying to actually start acomplishing my goals, therefore Im setting very realistic ones. I'm going to stick with these for 3 straight weeks before I add others. I'm trying to make these habits stick

My Goals for this week:
* take daily multivitamin
* Drink 8 cups of h20
*Complete Wk 4 C25K
*Go to ZUBA 3 times this week
* Log in my food everyday on Cal King
*Stick to Nutrisystem food this week
* Get a pedicure!

My Goals:


Daily
Drink at least 64 ounces of water
eat within my weight watchers points
exercise for at least 15 minutes
fold laundry for an hour til I'm caught up
clean house for and hour
shower, fix hair, makeup, change out of pajamas (don't laugh-i'm kinda stuck in new momma mode)
do something that shows my hubby that i love him (he's working in Algeria)
support at least 2 rockstar buddies
keep my daily points on the menu thingy

For the Week
lose 2 pounds
try out going to the gym at least once
be caught up on laundry
be caught up on housework
get thank you cards/announcements sent out
contact w/each one of my green rockstar teammates
work on getting budget/finances organized

This week, was a great week for the Rockstars and I'm proud of us. We had a fantastic week on the regular thread and the Bio thread. We didn't have a real great week on the challenge thread, at least not yet....Well except for our very own Jinni Rockstar who did a fabulous job!!!!

I really hope that you will get back to participating in the challenges. They are designed to help you lose weight by developing good healthy habits. It takes a commitment to going there daily and adding up your points, but it's time well spent on getting you healthy and thinner.

There is no doubt in my mind but that the challenges made it a losing week for me. I've been packing and moving and not eating good healthy homemade food. I've been eating fast food in order to work an 8+ hour day, commute 3 hrs per day and still have time to yak a bit on here and pack up my household. Had I not made a real effort to do the challenge points everyday the fast food would have done me in, at best I would have maintained but most likely I would have gained. The challenges WILL make a difference and just maybe see us back into the #1 spot of the weight loss challenge teams, after all that is where we belong, because we are a great BIG BUNCH of BEAUTIFUL LOSERS!

Love you guys and I'm looking forward to being on vacay this time next week and I promise I'll have more time for you guys then! I still got packing and moving to do before I can go on vacay or spend much time here! Say a prayer for me!

Hey Rockstars!!! Congrats to all you "big losers" and anyone that maintained!!! I am offically back and ready to lose! I am feeling like my old self again and am THRILLLEEDD!!! I spent the day at the beach with my in laws for a bday party for my adorable nephew and I believe the fresh air did me worlds of good. My throat is still a bit sore, but all in all, I am feeling good!

So here are my goals for the week:

Stick to my points for WW.

At least 64 oz of water a day (if not more)

DVD work out in the morning x3

Nighttime workout (bike, walk, anything that gets me moving....) x4


My over all goal is to be at 175 by the 4th. I think its possible if I really work hard and stick with my goals (its only 7 pounds away). I havent weighed myself this week, as I have been sick, and I know if I got on the scale, I would be down....but its bc I have not eaten since Wed. Dont want to get all excited about something that will probably come back once food goes in my mouth!!!

O.k... gotta get to my paperwork for work that was due last week!!! Have a great night all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My goals: Actually work out this week, stay away from the wine & beer, drink much more water, try some recipes from my new low-fat vegetarian cookbook, eat more fruits & veggies, and just resist the temptation to celebrate anything and everything with friends and neighbors (no matter how enticing it seems).

Also, I need to get my life back on track and organized again.

well, it's the beginning of a brand new wk that ne thing u want 2 happen can happen. so lock ur heels down n start at it!
sorry, i didn't get weighed n last wk I tried bout 3 times this wknd but i kept on forgetting. so I'm gn 2 try n weigh n 2day 4 my benefit than this sat try n weigh n n get the results bac 2 u all. all though we didn't win 1st place last wk we did place alrite though. 2nd place isn't all that bad. lol
works gn pretty gd i've gotta go n at 2pm 2day n i'm not wantn 2.....am i lazi or wat? lol
ne wayz, g'luck 2 u all! U can do it! if u made some mistakes last wk n ur wanting 2 let those interfere w/ this wk....DON'T! this is a new wk. no mistakes n them. so leave all of urs behind n begin this new wk w/ a fresh start. rock on rockstarz!

my goals this wk:
-lose 2 pds
-drink nothing but water n maybe some unsweeted ice tea(i can't live w/out my IT)
-exercise daily
*ab-doer
*crunches
*etc
-eat no sweets
-cut out major fatty groups
*mayo(except lite maybe), fried stuff, fast food, only 3 meals a day
