(liver, I think, don't really remember, but I decided to not use it as it's yukky anyway) About pot.....why do people get so upset over it and not alcohol? My late husband died from it, my daughter almost followed in his footsteps, my mother, son in law, mother in law, father in law,sons, gr son, husband, so many friends .... all recovering, fighting or dead from alcohol. If you sit and list all those in your life who've been affected by this 'drug' that is so 'OK' in this day and age, you will be shocked! just an observation, no I don't smoke pot..... I just think most of us are way to accepting of the #1 most destructive drug in our society. amen.

Drunk driver ruin their lives and so many other. And even when they are not driving they are hurting their family.

I really hate to weigh in this week. I have not kept to my diet. I lost one of my dogs on Monday and it was a total shock. So I haven't been in such a good mood this week and I haven't paid that much attention to my diet. I don't know if I should weigh in and run the risk of having your losses be worse in case I did gain weight, or if I should just skip posting a weigh in this week.

Anyway, I'm gonna go. I just wanted you guy's to know if I don't post my weight it is either because I'm just not totally there since Sandy died and I forgot or I didn't want to add weight to your totals.
