Hey Everyone. We had a much better week this week with a lot more folks checking in. I left my page at home that has the total weight lost for the week, so I will have to add those later

Gonna get into this thread early lol. You guys move so fast I can barely keep up. I plan on making this team proud this week. I am in my workout gear as we speak. Getting ready to work my butt off ( literally ). I just turned how ice cream and if I am gonna do that there better be a darn good reason!!! lol I wish you call the best. I was hoping we could start posting healthy recipes on a thread somewhere. I know we have them on our pages but its hard to sort thru everyones page to find something.. just a thought.

feel free to start posting them...good job on turning down the ice cream..i messed that one up today, but I walked around the mall a couple of hours....

Just got done doing my slim in 6 workout. And now I can barely stand lol. All shaky. Is that normal? Will that stop once I do it on a regular basis? I hope so!!! I just went downstairs and it felt like my knees were gonna buckle. I sure hope this isnt something I have to expect everyday.... some encouragement PLEASE!!! lol

23 pounds weight loss. Awesome come back....Rockstars beat us I know because I have the inside line there ...but I am very proud of us this week. Lets kick but again next week. We had very few no shows. Remember to weigh in by noon. I have limited computer access right now and might not be able to come back on on Saturday night for a while.

Hey Melissa!Sooo proud of you fro turning down the ice cream, and having your exersize gear on is a start..Can't wait to hear what you did..Don't forget to drnik water!!!! It is very important!!
