Great job on the loss last week....really wish I could have contributed to it! My scale is stuck...at the same #...which is a bit discouraging. At the same time, I'm losing inches, and my body fat % is going down. So that # not moving isn't necessarily the end of the world. I wish there was a way to post our progress via inches as well...
My weekend was good...drank a bit too much, but after the hell week I had at work last week, I feel it was warranted. (It's finally SUMMER...everybody needs to have a few beers on the weekends in the summer, ya know?) =)
My goals for the week:
*Curves MWF
*100oz H2O
*15 min walk at lunch every day
*40 min intervals Tues/Thurs
*30 min semi-casual evening walk every day
*Scan 15 pics/day for slide show
*SUBMIT GRAD SCHOOL APPLICATION!!!
*I'm going to try to RELAX a bit...and start working on my anger/frustration issues. (I guess the first step is admitting you have a problem, eh?)
I know...I've got some lofty goals this week...but I've been having a tough time with things outside of the weight loss realm...and it's time to acknowledge them. Life doesn't get better if you simply ignore it.
