Surprisingly enough, I'm not as sore from my workout as I was the first time, and I kept up!!! GO ME!! lol Didnt do it today, but did chase my kiddles around for a while so thats a workout. Gonna do my workouts at night I think, cant seem to motivate myself in the morning ( I AM A BEAR IN THE MORNING!!! lol ) So here are my goals for the week:
1. Do my workouts Mon - Sat SUNDAY is REST day.
2. Drink my water ( have been doing well with that one )
3. Keep my diet going.
4. Payday go grocery shopping to healthy snacks. Seems the bad for you ones are always more convenient.
5. Look into healthy snacks to keep at my desk at work.
6. Walk on my breaks at work
7. Cut down the smoking. One smoke on each break, slowly but surely quit.
8. Try to stop beating myself up and downing my body.
