My thoughts and prayers are with Angela and her family...

I weighed in this morning and lost 1 lbs.

I've been struggling for a while and want to change up my diet some. Is anyone doing or has tried the South Beach Diet? I would love to hear some feedback both positive and negative. I did the atkins a long time ago and lost a lot and than my Dr told me to stop that diet and as soon as I stopped and put carbs back in my diet I ballooned. Not sure if South Beach is similar which is why I've stayed away from it, but I hear people love it and it works, so any advice I would really appreciate and love it! Thanks! Go DIAMONDS!
