I just knew it. Great job Team!!!!!!
My goals for this week:
-Be a good buddy to Sabrina and this great team
-STOP eating off my boyfriends, brother's and little nephew's plate. This is where all the unaccounted calories come from.
-Seriously, I need to stop eating after 8pm; 7:30pm is too early for me but 8pm is my goal and I will work toward 7:30.
-Cut back on the coffee
-Stop stressing about things I can't control
-Relax, relax, relax
-Get back to Yoga by Friday
-Stick to meal plan for breakfast and lunch
