Wow!

I know we would win I just knew it. Great job Team!!!!!!

My goals for this week:
-Be a good buddy to Sabrina and this great team
-STOP eating off my boyfriends, brother's and little nephew's plate. This is where all the unaccounted calories come from.
-Seriously, I need to stop eating after 8pm; 7:30pm is too early for me but 8pm is my goal and I will work toward 7:30.
-Cut back on the coffee
-Stop stressing about things I can't control
-Relax, relax, relax
-Get back to Yoga by Friday
-Stick to meal plan for breakfast and lunch

I really need to focus on the journaling. I always journal my food intake for breakfast and lunch but after that it stops. Got to get back to it.

Just got home from the b/day parties. I didn't do too bad with the food. I did eat a hamburger and had a piece of cake but I didn't go overboard by no means. I am not stuffed or am I regretting anything I ate so I guess I did okay. Have a good night everyone!!!

You're doing great Dawn. I am right there with you in terms of journaling. I don't always account for everything I eat when I'm at home and away from the computer.

Good Morning everybody !!!!
got up late today, did 25 crunches before I got out of the bed,
that was funny just got done doing the bike for 40 min. and
did the challenges. Now i have to do some cleaning.
Later I will iump in the pool and to some laps, will try for 80 today.
I wish everybody a Happy Monday.
Let's all work a little harder and keep the Trophy in our House.

Just finished swimming - did 100 laps and swam with the kids for about another 30 minutes. Maddie likes to jump off the diving board and swim to me so I do a lot of wading in the deep end. I'm hoping that burns a lot of calories.

Extra Tasks for today!!!


* Drink your Water
* Try to use smaller plates for your meals.
* Do 20 Concentration Curls ( x3 Each arm)

Concentration Curls
1. Sit on edge of bench with feet flat on the floor.
2. Holding dumbbell place elbow on inside of thigh, just above knee.
3. Curl dumbbell up towards your face. Do not swing back as you lift the weight.
4. Slowly lower the weight and repeat for desired number of reps before switching arms

Have Fun !!!! Keep up the good work !!!!

Great Job. Did you check out the weights they got for the
pool now, look really cool they soak up the water and wow, my SIL
has some and she likes them. They even have like ankle weights
you strap on and they soak up the water .

Great job Rebecca! The Fitness Fanatics team is made up of summertime swimmers - it is such a good workout isn't it. I'm so glad you are enjoying the water and getting a great workout it too. I prefer my pool to the gym's pool anyday. At least ours is clean and I get to take nighttime dips under the stars.
