My goals for the week:
1. Journal everything - haven't been doing this so I will be focusing on this 100 percent!
2. Exercise six days.
3. Be a supportive buddy.
4. Drink all my water everyday.
5. Stay positive.
I really need to focus on the journaling. I always journal my food intake for breakfast and lunch but after that it stops. Got to get back to it.
Just got home from the b/day parties. I didn't do too bad with the food. I did eat a hamburger and had a piece of cake but I didn't go overboard by no means. I am not stuffed or am I regretting anything I ate so I guess I did okay. Have a good night everyone!!!
