Current weight 140lbs - water weight included so i intend to be 135 by next saturday (thats usually how it goes anyways)

Goals this week:

Workout 5 x cardio and 2 x weights
Drink water only, drop the soda!
Start the points system
Track all my food intake
Go for a walk with my child at least 3x this week
Keep smiling!

Let's see... goals for this week...
-Log everything I eat, even if I have a binge day.
-Come to the groups on my tough days instead of hiding.
-Focus on control at dinner time. ie portion control.
-Do team work out the entire week.
-Run five days this week.
-Remain in control during BBQ next weekend.
-Be a good/consistent buddy.

My weekly goals
* be a good buddy
* Drink 10 glasses of water
* get in 6 work outs again this week
* try to do more than 20 laps in pool

Wow Rebecca you encourage me so much with your 100 laps . I did 20 each day the last few days and I can really feel it. I think I got more work out in the 20 laps than I did 30 min on treadmill. Laps are harder than I thought they was going to be!!

Translation:

Sometimes, though, all you have to do to beat that barrier is to get back up and move forward again. Goal obstacles are like the Wizard of Oz – they’re a lot less intimidating once you see them up close. Next time you take a step back, don’t let guilt pile it on top of your previous “stumbles”. Just take two steps forward and you’re still further along than you were before. It doesn’t matter how many walls you face. You only have to get the better of that last one.

hey everyone,
hope you all are having a good weekend. mine is going fine so far. slight headache, but that will pass after a good night sleep. watching gymnastics on tv right now, love it. I used to do it myself. way way wayyyyyyy back lol.
anyway my goals for the week.

be a good and supportive buddy
drink all the water i need
be a good mom and wife and daughter in law
walk a couple of miles 3 times next week.
do point system try for 100%
lose 4 pounds
work out as much as i can.

Weekly Goals:
*Be a good buddy
*No soda- I went 4 out of 7 days without soda last week, then fell off the wagon when I went to see family
*watch my calories, up my protien
*lose two more pounds (fingers crossed!)

Yep that's it for me this week. It's actually a lot! I am pretty sure the water weight from the drive through is catching up with me tonight! Damn drive through. Oh well, it's only one day, I will be back on track and perfect tomorrow!

Well I am going to go fall asleep to the tv now Lol, hope you all have a great day.
