good morning team,
feel lots better today, still 2 pounds up but i think i am ok. just need to do a little more work. today is going to be alright. staying home w kids and tonite campout in the living room w kayleigh. she is so excited. making a tent in the living room and stay up.

Good morning all, it's going to be hot here today, I did good yesterday, no grazing in the afternoon like Monday. I think tonight we are going to go over to the Rec Center and swim, they have Adult lap after 7:00, so I can do laps while Nate plays with Brianna.

I did the challenges last night, and boy do I feel it today.

Jaci, I hope that your levy holds, how scary.

Nichol, 2010 sadly really isn't that far away, we are already at the end of June, and I'm still trying to figure out how that happened.

Yvette, a campout in the living room sounds fun, I can't even remember the last time I did that.

Happy Wednesday Everyone! My computer is not acting up today so hopefully I will be on a little more than yesterday. I am going to get my exercise done early so I don't think about it all day long. My mom fixed her stationary bike so I will be able to get in at least 30 to 40 minutes on that and I will swim at least 60 laps. My journaling still has some holes in it - always have the best intentions starting out then by supper time I don't write down anything. I really need to get with it on that end.

Sigh. Today started off well enough. I woke up and had a couple hours of quiet to talk to my boyfriend online before I had to get the kids up.

During their lessons the day started going downhill. I don't blame them for not wanting to do lessons, it's summer. But we have to do lessons. I got incredibly frustrated when the two boys wouldn't focus and read so they could be done. If they just hurry up and finish their work they can go watch TV or whatever it is they want to do. But no. They stalled, argued, complained... Then the oldest (13) antagonistically poke the button my mouse and caused me to lose an entire blog I had been working on on my myspace. Not earth shattering but it sure was annoying. I yelled, he stopped out it was a touching moment for all.

Then only moments later I get a call from my supervisor. I teach four English as a Second language classes at a company each week. Well apparently one of my classes has requested a new teacher. OUCH! That stings. I know I'm not the best ESL teacher, but OUCH!

Now I've finished lunch and am sitting quietly in my room. I need to go for a run in a couple hours when it cools off a bit, but I'm worried I'm going to be too grumpy/lazy to. No. I have to run. I'm ready to shake this day and start tomorrow now. Sigh. I will run at 8:00pm. No excuses.

I hope you all are having a more motivated day!

Just got in from cleaning the Pool. Already hot her.
Getting ready to do the challenges and later i will
meet my Friend on Base and Play Racquetball. Have to
wear my Brace for ny knee...yuk
Don't feel that great, TOM is in Town....hate it!!!!

Hannah, not going on the run is not an option!! You just need to do it. Think about the results you want to get and weigh in is right around the corner. You will feel so much better after to do it!! I promise.

Hey everyone,
I have to run some errands just dropping in to say I am 110% on track. Did my exercises yesterday at the gym (eliptical and bike) then did my ab workout and 135 jumping jacks. I am down another pound and loving it!!! Good luck everyone! I am telling you it is mostly about the eating.

Extra Tasks for Today !!


* Drink your Water
* Do 30 x 3 Seated Knee Lifts with Chair

Starting Position
Sit on edge of chair, knees bent, feet flat. Grasp sides of chair, lean back slightly.

Action
EXHALE: Pull knees toward chest as you crunch upper body forward using abs, not arms.
INHALE: Lower feet almost to floor, but don't let them touch until the end of the set.

Special Instructions
This movement should be slow and controlled. Don't let the momentum of your legs do the work for you, and don't let gravity snap your legs down as you return to the starting position.

Muscles Worked: Abs

Translation:

Regardless of the job, someone is going to be willing to do it. Be it running a company, taking out the garbage, driving a UPS truck, or writing for a newspaper, someone is going to try their hardest to get that job. So if you want it, you’d better be willing to give it your best effort, because someone else is going after it just as hard. There are many out there not willing to give it 100 percent and are complacent with watching someone else step in, which is exactly what will happen if you don’t give it that full effort. So be willing to put in the time, or else be prepared to watch someone else walk away with the prize
