Now that is a tricky question! No drive ups in your town? What a wonderful thing! In my town the only drive up options are a dry cleaner, fast food of course, banking, and Walgreen's has a drive up Pharmacy window. I don't use the cleaner, and I don't use Walgreen's pharmacy. Since starting that challenge, I now go inside to do my banking rather than the drive up and yes, I still go to Starbucks for coffee and other fast food places for a more healthy choice than burgers and fries, (most are not very much healthier but every little bit helps!) when I have to eat on the run and I'm not otherwise prepared.

If your town doesn't have any of those then I guess you'll just have to use that one on vacation, but you are welcome to add one that applies to your town/situation that will give you another opportunity to add movement or motivation to your program! Hope that helps!

Oh oh I just thought of two more, my goodness my town is more progressive than I thought! How about Library or video store returns? I always return my library books inside because I want more but it has an outside drop off if you want to use it. And I don't really use Video Rentals so that doesn't apply to me but it might to someone.

LOL, thanks Holly I use my hubby as the library drop (he works right next door )so I don't even know if they have a drive up... you know we have two pharmacies and neither has a window but your post made me realize we have a starbucks with a window, although on my poverty diet thats a no-go, too

LOL Heather you are too cute! Maybe when you go the places that could have had a drive up you could pretend! LOL

Stacey I'm glad you like the point idea, it really has been a ton of help to me. Today I had to stand out in the hall waiting for one of our Doctors to sign some papers for me and it dawned on me I wasn't burning any calories much, so I just started doing those squats and leg raises right there in the hall and now I got me some extra points and achy legs! it was a long wait!

OK...question on the stairs. Is that up only or does going down count? I know down is noy challenging unless its a ton but want to make sure I get all the points I earn

Today I earned 2pts for not using the drive thru...lol I went into Panera for lunch and the place was so packed I had to leave so I could get lunch some where else...didn't want to be late getting back for the new job...lol I ended up going to Quiznos and had to wakl in there too.

I just got up and got my last bottle of water. I was determined I would have that 20 points today. When I don't drink those four bottles of water, I feel lousy and I usually do worse on my eating plan too, but sometimes that java in the morning is a must and that really throws off my water guzzling schedule! Tomorrow I will start the day with a bottle instead of java! I don't want to drink this late at night because that means getting up during my rest to go get rid of it!
