My Goals for This Week:
1) drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
2) eat within my Weight Watchers points
3) eat healthy meals even when I am eating out
4) blog every day about my journey--or every other day
5) write my bio for the bio forum
6) support my buddies on BS

more later because I am totally a list maker!

I like the walking goal. The color thing is just because I felt like we had a few team members that were slipping through the cracks and I though since we have so many great leaders, we may as well utilize them. We divided the team into smaller groups so that we can all keep in touch more. I know I can email and encourage 10 people weekly and work on the relationships, but 30 was very overwhelming. I felt like I was leaving people out. We are still one team and will be having all ofus emailing and being friends, just trying to make sure that no one falls through the cracks and that everyone knows that they are important to our success as a team
