So far Rockstar Heather and Rockstar Holly are the only ones updating their challenge points, I hope this means that you guys are just keeping them a secret to surprise everyone at the end of the week, cause I sure don't want to hear that you are not participating! Heaven forbid!

If I can work all day and pack up to move half the night, and still count points it must not be too hard, so get your Rockstar hinners over there and start addin up your points! I want you to be Super Skinny Rockstars!

Hello Rockstars!!!

Well, my day was a bit longer than expected. I didn't sleep as much as I wanted. Only about 2 hours max. Then my wife ended up home from work early so we did a bunch of errands. We went to the shelter where we got Salem and donated some food and treats for the kittens that are still there. We went by my mother in law's house for a bit to visit. Then headed off to Cosco to get some stuff there...after that...umm...we went somewhere else, I just forget where. All the while I was actually the one driving too, so that was a challenge...it kept me awake (sorta). Now it's 9:40pm and I am falling asleep as I type. I have to work tomorrow for the Celtics Championship Parade so that'll be another early day. In at 5am YUCK! Although, I will be out early so that's cool.

I am trying to be a good BLUE TEAM LEADER this week, and hopefully I'm doing an ok job inbetween my two 13 hour work days and tomorrow's work day....I am thinking about you all, I am eating right this week and I will be posting more later. For now, this team leader needs some sleep.

Keep on Rockin'

Holly: I don't understand the points. I'm sure there is somewhere on here I can find it, but can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!!

Cassandra-
Heart rate monitors: I have a Polar HRM that came with the chest strap and watch (the watch gives you all of the data). It wasn't cheap-at least I didn't think so. It was $100 here at our Navy exchange-though they could be less expensive somewhere else. At any rate, they are worth the money.

The machines like ellipticals and treadmills don't give you the accurate calories burned (my elliptical says I burn over 200 calories than I actually do). Also, the HRM is going with your own body's input of a low, moderate or high heart rate, depending on the exercise!

Shop around at your local sporting goods store or online-but look for recommendations through various websites so you know you're getting a decent one! Although I really like mine a lot, I really didn't have much of a choice! Good luck!!

YAY. Because of the random trip out of town for the pump, I ate McDonalds (a snack wrap and small fries) and now feel kinda sick.

So today i need to catchup on my water, and wrap and package my nephew's gifts (he will be FIVE soon!!). Hubby and I are doing the three-mail walk this evening after dinner, and I will push the stroller other than that, just relax and cool off. Hope your days are going well!
When we moved to this house it had a pond, they took the fish. So we bought some and they died...so we bought more, and they died...so yep bought more, some made it. It seemed the more we tried to keep the pond clear the fish died. We asked many people, many places for advice on what to use. Of course everyone said something different. Anyway, we have LOTS of fish now but the pond stays fairly green. We also have quiet a few frogs which I love! Also a toad that comes in the garage at night with the dogs. He lives under the fridge. I'd love to hear what works for you it keeping your pond clear. We originally bought kois and bubble eyes, they ones that seemed to survive a the regular goldfish. Still pretty but I wanted some fancy fish to watch
