Yes I did get the fishies some shade. only two plants, and two beach umbrellas for now, but this weekend will bring a filter/pump and some more plants maybe a froggy will find my pond soon.

I bet your doggie would love outside time, and maybe a 4 am walk? (do corgis DO walking? LOL)

well, fellow rockstars, i just wanted to let everyone know that i made it back from my trip all in one piece. only 7 blisters on my feet and minor sunburn... but i had a blast. i felt like a rockstar, seeing all those rockstars! it was quite an experience. bonnaroo in tennessee, anyone ever heard of it? 5 miles of walking everyday, well over a gallon of water per day, to keep hydrated in the extreme heat, i thought for sure, i'd have lost, but somehow i've just maintained, still 144, but i'm ready to get back on board here. my goals for the remainder of the week (i'm starting out small, to get back on track)
1. log everything i eat, and keep it at 1300 cals
2. drink at least 8 glasses water per day
3. yoga everyday
4. dog walk everyday

Good Morning Rockstars....Well, Good Evening if you're me. I went to work for 5pm yesterday and walked away at just about 6am today!!! No sleep, still feels like yesterday although it's today. It's funny how seeing your home team win a championship right infront of you makes you a lot less tired and gives you a boost of energy...lol. The game was AWESOME and I'll have pics later. Now I am going to take a nap for a bit.

Well shucks, Cassie, Bonnaroo is just down the interstate about half and hour or so from where I live now! Wish I had known, I would have hooked up with you! I live off exit 159. Guess that makes you a Bonnified Rockstar Chick now!

I forgot my heart rate monitor, but I'm going to put it where I can remember it. I continued to wear it last week after my workout and while I was cleaning the house I continued to burn another 400 calories. Yay!!!!

Alright, off to clean the loo's-a job I deplore considering I have 4 boys. BTW, why do we teach boys to urinate standing up? It would be much less messy if we just taught them to sit until they figured out how to aim.....sigh!!

wow, we were at exit 111, i had seen that you lived in tennessee before... i should have asked about the weather, we were forced out of our tents every morning by the hottness and all we could do during the day was try to find shade and rub ice cubes on ourself, it was rough! here in wisconsin, it gets down into the 40's everynight! total climate shock. well maybe next year we can get together. that brings a lot of tourism to the area i imagine. we went to an ihop somewhere between manchester and nashville monday and about 75% of the people there were bonnaroo-ers, and the airport was packed with us to. i was worried about having to get on a plane with people after a week without a shower (i spot washed and all, but still, my hair was looking pretty grungy), but pretty much everyone on the plane was from bonnaroo too. well i thouroughly enjoyed my trip to tennessee, good place to live.

fishie update!!

one more dead goldfish in the pond, so i am now down to 18 (SUPPOSEDLY, it was really hard to count 20 of them swimming around that bag!) but the now have a pump and filter going so hopefully the water will clear up and cool off soon. YAY. Because of the random trip out of town for the pump, I ate McDonalds (a snack wrap and small fries) and now feel kinda sick.

So today i need to catchup on my water, and wrap and package my nephew's gifts (he will be FIVE soon!!). Hubby and I are doing the three-mail walk this evening after dinner, and I will push the stroller other than that, just relax and cool off. Hope your days are going well!
