Which side do you want to be closer to?

Let's get going!



My week:

I'm 4 lbs away from my next minigoal...... I want to get there SOON! Wish me luck everyone

I bought fiber one cereal where one serving has 57% of your daily fiber
Anyways, my goals this week are
1. EXERCISE EVERY DAY.
2. Bulk up on my water intake.
3. Keep away from sweets.

Hey everyone!!! I was just looking at everyones profiles and my gosh!! This team has lost a TON of weight!!! I know that I haven't been the best on the WEIGHT loss side of things.. but I am trying.. My goals for next week are as follows......

1. DRINK WATER!!! And I mean more than a glass a day no matter how hectic my schedule.
2. Exercise at least four times this week!!
3. Lose at least ONE pound. ( I think that is a feasible goal by next Sat!!!)

Other than that.. I can't think of anything else right now. I have a Ton of goals but none that I can accomplish in a week. My biggest is to get my hubby to start working out too... His lack of motivation kinda brings me down some days!

OH.. and I just realized the caption.. sorry Joy!!! I think that is a tough question to answer really.. I think that I am pretty comfortable with who I am and who I think I am... but OMG... what I wouldn't give to be the person that I CAN be!!!
All of us have potential to be SOMEONE... but being ourselves is the ultimate goal right?? I just wanna be a THINNER ME!!! LOL!!! That one has definitely given me a lot to think about though.. I like that question...

my goals for this week


1/stick to my planned meals
2/2 miles everyday this week that i can, my husband is having surgery this friday
3/get my water in
4/ work with stregth bands at least 3xs this week

RECIPE OF THE WEEK:


LOW FAT SHRIMP PASTA


Enjoy this low fat shrimp pasta salad at lunch, on a picnic or for a light supper. It's a nice dish for a warm summer's day.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:
6-ounces rotini pasta
1 cup frozen peas
6 ounces green beans, cut into pieces
2 vine-ripe tomatoes, halved vertically, then thinly sliced
3/4 pound cooked shrimp
.
Dressing
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp nonfat milk
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add peas to pasta water after two minutes of cooking time. Drain and cool pasta and peas. Cook green beans for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Drain, then plunge into a bowl of iced water to retain color and stop cooking process. Drain again.
Assemble salad in a large bowl. Make creamy low-fat dressing by combining mayonnaise, yogurt, herbs and black pepper. Pour over salad and toss well. Add another tablespoon of nonfat milk if you prefer a thinner dressing.

I am who I am, I just want to be a smaller version of me.

My Goals for the week:
#1 Find out if I am pregnant or not so I just no for Pete's sake
#2 Food inatake, stay within my calories.
Water and exercise are never my down fall it is the eating thatgets me everytime.

Hi all,
I have had a very busy day. I am just now getting time to sit down and check my emails and stuff. My family was over today and we were outside and inside trying to get our house ready for a party we are having next Saturday. It has been crazy here the last two days.

My goals for this week are as follows:

1) water
2) stay on points
3) be here to encourage my buddies
4) loose the last pound so I can meet my next mini goal
5) exercise at least 5 days this week ( does bowling count?)




I am not going to put the roster on here tonight. I think it might have to be edited again and I just am to tired tonight to deal with that. I wish there were an easier way to post the roster rather than having to copy and paste every picture and then do the same for each of the names. It seems so difficult to do rather than being able to copy and past the whole thing...
