Hello my beautiful diamonds! just dropping in to say hi and congrates to everyone! Today I was at work and got pulled to another floor.I worked on the Alzhiemers floor. It is very challenging.So today I used my podometer to see just how much I walk at work cuz boy my feet hurt so bad when I get home. it said 11045 steps-----So, how many miles is it?Anyone know?

Dawn 11045 steps is a little over 5 miles. Wow that's great. 2,000 step equals about a mile.

HI DIAMOND!!! Wanted to get my goals in while I was thinking about it.. AND PLEASE!! Any insight on how to maintain them would be great. I get so jealous of you guys and how you keep your motivation... TEACH ME!!! lol

1. Drink LOTS of water
2. Take my B12
3. WORKOUT!!! STOP THINK AND TALKING ABOUT IT AND WORKOUT!!!
4. 1200 calories TOPS a day
5. Figure out a way not to eat after 7. I dont get off till seven so I have a hard time restraining myself from pigging out when I get home. Any suggestions?

I usaully have a heavy lunch and after my kickboxing class I have a slim fast. It helps me.

Wow, way to sparkle Dawn 5 1/2 miles is awesome. And I'm sure they weren't slow paced either.

Kinda what Dawn said, eat a bigger meal at lunch and something smaller for supper. I eat Special K and sometimes a banana at night. Eat rather slow and it fills me up and is not really heavy or calorie laden. Good luck.

what kind of pedometer do you have? I have never found one that works.
