We only lost 9.7 pounds? You did get mine didn't you Lyssa? I hope I sent it to the right place. I am a little disappointed, I was expecting big numbers this week. Oh well, a new week, a new challenge. Let's everybody get rid of at least one pound, except Debbie of course. That's my challenge for all of you this week.

Now my goals:

Increase my water, I drink between 40 and 80 ounces but I'm not consistent.
Eat cereal more for supper and not other stuff.
Increase my walking.

Go Diamonds!!!!!! We can do this, get those shades out and watch us shine.

goals for the week:

Eat veggies first at dinner and lunch
Begin Couch Potato to 5K in 2 months on Monday
Swim 1/2 mile Tuesday and Thursday
Take my EFA's daily

I Hope everyone had a great weekend!! As usual very busy here!! Did a little damage on Saturday but hopefully I will pull that off in the next few days!!

My goals for this week....
1. Drink Water
2. No snacking after dinner
3. WATER WATER WATER
4. Do 45 min Walk/Jog 4 days this week
5. strength training 2 days this week
6. Be a good buddy!!!

Looking like we have some great goals posted. Keep them coming in!

For me, goals:

Do prenatal yoga DVD 2 times this week (it does skip so it's a little annoying, but i liked the workout - pretty good one)
Go to one new Yoga class at this place connected to my gym
Try not to stress out about the new house and sean's parents' visit.
the eats, having a struggle these days - don't even want to write goals as i'm certain to break them. let me think little on this...go to bed by 10 pm. that worked before for me, time to do it again.

Weekly goals:

1. Push water. With the heat, it gets hard to even keep up with it at work.

2. Treadmill. I missed another long weekend.

3. Streamline my afternoons. Cleaning up after work and then working out and then cleaning up again can take the whole evening. I just don't think it should.

4. I'm still counting calories and journaling.

How about if i gain only 1 pound instead of 3!!!

Zina - you can totally get to goal, if anyone can do it you can
Dawn - you are a kickboxing goddess, you are amazing - thanks for the challenge too - you rock and are motivating a lot of slimmers....keep it up
Cathy - love the fruit and veggies goal - they are so good for you
Annia - keep up that walking, but take care of yourself
Linda - you can sparkle with your water this week
Diane - Couch to 5k???What a great commitment for yourself and how rewarding that will be!!
Tanis - you are a great buddy! I bet the strength training will help a lot to burn those ectra calories
Debbie = Take care of yourself - that is an order
Kevin - awesome on the journaling - is there anyone else journaling - that can help quite a bit

My responses might be more condensed than usual due to internet difficulties at home. I will be on some at work, but not a lot (sont wanna get in trouble by big brother!!) You can always email me at aggal73@yahoo.com cause I can get that even on my phone. I will be in and out, but remember to support each other and let's win weigh in this week. It is within our grasp

Just Dropping in to say GOOD MORNING Diamonds!! Off to a very busy Monday. I'm keeping my niece and nephew today. So should be a very eventful day!!

Ok, so I wasn't thinking about gains and yes we want you to gain, it's a requirement for you.

I wasn't my best this weekend, we did buffet Saturday night, but I didn't do too bad, only ate til I was full instead of stuffing myself til I was about sick, so I was kind of proud of that and I got on the scale this morning when I got to work and no gain so I was happy.

Go Diamonds, let's shine. It's time to knock the other teams down a notch and reign as the royalty.

No snacking after 8pm tonight unless it's plain raw vegetables

and

One hour of cardio movement
