I've done it, and might go back to it for a while to kickstart my weight loss. I liked it, but I didn't do the meetings, I did it online. It really depends on how disciplined you are. If you need the face to face accountability, they I think you need to do it through meetings, if you are pretty good at holding yourself accountable, then online is okay. I lost about 30 pounds when I did it religiously and completely. What I found for me, is that while it gave me accountabilty about staying within my points, you could also manipulate your points so that you eat hardly anything during the day then blow them all at night, so for me it really wasn't helping me with what I need the most, balance meals and snacks, I just worked my points, if that makes sense.

Hi Team!

Sorry, can't be online too long; I broke into my brother's room to use his computer. I'm trying to find some really recent big pics of myself as a reminder to keep on doing it and lose weight. I have not have a chance to read any blogs. To my lovely buddies who left messages - thank you and I love them.
Congrats to all my teammates for doing it this week. I know we will win.

Hi everyone,
Just stopping in to give a quick update. Nancy by the way the new pic is hot!

I lost 3 pounds this week which is pretty kick butt considering I am getting to the nitty gritty now of my goal (1 pound away for now). I will be however extending that goal (once I reach my initial goal of 135) to 130 as I now feel I can do it. In January when I first set the 135 goal I was just hoping I could get there... Now I know I can and I can for once in my life work on all those areas I have wanted to tone and get to that I could never reach before. Anyway, I think we may win this week... We have some good numbers.. I am already looking to next week.. Let's do it!!!!
