I've done it, and might go back to it for a while to kickstart my weight loss. I liked it, but I didn't do the meetings, I did it online. It really depends on how disciplined you are. If you need the face to face accountability, they I think you need to do it through meetings, if you are pretty good at holding yourself accountable, then online is okay. I lost about 30 pounds when I did it religiously and completely. What I found for me, is that while it gave me accountabilty about staying within my points, you could also manipulate your points so that you eat hardly anything during the day then blow them all at night, so for me it really wasn't helping me with what I need the most, balance meals and snacks, I just worked my points, if that makes sense.
