Hey everyone,
Wow, I am so happy I am MVP for points, I really did kick butt last week and it is starting to show now - I lost a pound!! I had a pretty good day today. I took my husband and the kids to a brunch buffet - it was amazing! I think I did well, I did have part of a screwdriver, but other than that I had salad, egg white omelete, bacon and 2 crab cakes (not sure about the crab cakes). I did not feel bloated just lightly filled ( the good kind) when it was over. Anyhow I only did ab work tonight I didn't get a chance to do my usual workout. Tomorrow though I am hitting it hard! I did have 3/4 of a soda though instead of a coffee this evening.

However all other no nos I have kept away from because right now there is no betweens for me and I want to lose the last of this weight once and for all.
