I did my walking tonight...30min with my nieces and my daughter...it was nice. I could have done better with what i ate...I will do better tomorrow. Good luck too all...and may the biggest winner lose!

hey everyone,
if it's not to hot today i might take the kids to the park. it's almost a mile walk there and a mile back. going to do some stuff with the dumbells as the challenges of my team. also my abbs and legg work i do everyday. first i got to finish cleaning up our bedroom. been throwing "big" clothes away. I refuse to ever wear them again. really want to lose 4 puonds this week. we will see what happens. i am happy with any loss
