Miranda, right now, we have to find a winner, Tina or I. ONce that happens, they will be starting up a new LL3 and you can join then.
Tina, I have some good losses and sometimes I have those one pounders also. They come and go. I am doing the 6 week body makeover. Lots of veggies, white meat and some carb. I eat every three hours so I am never hungry and no salt/oil or sugar and no floured products. I know it sounds pretty restrictive but it really is not and I lose really well with it as you mentioned. I will probably end up cutting junk out totally even when at goal because I gain so easily but will add salt back in. Exercise is walking so very easily managed.
