well, after so many weeks, and so many people gone, thought I'd try to liven up the chat a bit ;-) Congrats on that 2.6! Do you want me to add a running total to your weekly update (like mine)? If ya do, just let me know the total ( I know it's a biggie, you've had a couple really big losses!)

yes, so many drop out so quickly but good to have you liven it up a bit. You don't have to add up the loss but if you want to and no problem, sure. I don't keep up with it as much only how much I have per week. You are doing really great also and very active. Tht is really good. What plan are you doing?

sorry I didn't post earlier I have been sick and not on the computer. but any way I am out I gained 2 pounds last week congrats on your loss !! I will have to keep checking in to see who is the winner.

Well, Rachel, looks like it's just you and me! hehe, I have no "plan" just to not binge, drink lots of water, eat small (by today's standards) portions, no artificial stuff... (fat sub. sugar sub.) and increase my activity... I park at the far end of the lot, fidget, little stuff.... when I plateau, I might switch to a certain plan... but for now... I'm happy eating less and moving more.
