Sorry guys I have been out of touch and will most like remain out of touch until my internet service is restored at home, because I'm so behind at work after being off three weeks that I just don't have time to get online here, but I did want to stop for one minute this morning to let you know why I have been MIA. Just in case you are not on my buddy list here's the story.

I moved, hurt my knee, then went on vacation, (did not have internet access as promised. Tried for two days to get online and finally gave up)when I got back on Sunday, I had so much to do with trying to unpack from vacation and get ready to unpack from the move that I didn't get online. Monday while I was at work there was a major storm and lighting struck my house and knocked out my big screen TV and the puter. They have restored the cable service for TV but not the internet yet, they say it could be as much as two more more weeks before they have it all repaired because it was so much damage in the Nashville area. So needless to say the only time I can be online is at work, but since I was out for three weeks, I'm still running behind and my fellow transplant coordinator's mom has been in the hospital all last week and still this week with brain surgery for a tumor, so I haven't had any help in getting caught up. I don't know when I will be able to get on line at home but I hope it's soon, I miss you guys! Oh and by the way, I fell off the wagon so I'm out of the contest. Wish you guys that are still in the best.

Way to go Tina! Well I am out although I have managed to maintain ( walking with crutches must burn more calories than I thought! ) and I have made an effort to use them when I had to and not just sit, it also helps that I am so busy at work now and walking a lot between my office, the clinic, and the Transplant unit. When I get back to Nashville on Monday I'm going to see about signing up at the new ladies gym near my house. They have a pool and I should be able to do water walking or something until I can really hoof it on this knee again.
