well, 4 me weight loss just seemes 2 b gettn worse 4 me i'm gaining n can't seem 2 say no 2 bad food choices but there's a lil gd side 2 it. not much but i've bn working out on the ab-doer faithfully everysince this monday n i can't really c a difference yet but i so can feel it but besides that n workn i'm pretty much sucked all wk. but i'm tryn. so ne wayz, g'luck rockstarz! n once again! congrats on the win!!!

the last post was 6-27.... did we move to a new thread or what!!! How is everyone doing? Does everyone have their holiday plans in place? I think summer holidays are a little easier, cuz we get to eat fresh fruits and drinks lots of Iced H2O Cocktails (sounds more exotic, doesn't it) or how about H2O on the rocks?

Ok, rockstars, idk where you are, but I hit 224, so I'm feeling like I did my mini-goal now, I didn't so much last week at 225.5 cuz of that .5 that the tracker doesn't take, but I do now! YAY US LOSERS!
