Re: ROCKSTAR 11 - Thinner and Wiser
Good Morning Rockstars,
Well....it seems all I've talked about lately is Salem. I hate to bore the crowd with another repeat performance. LOL...Anyway, last night when I last posted, he seemed very very sick. I mean, we were thinking at that point of even paging the vet because of how sick he was acting. We literally did not know what else we could do for him and thought maybe that was going to be the end. Then, around 11pm, he changed a bit...Renee' thought maybe he was hungry (I was loooong asleep at that point). She decided to feed him and again he CHOWED what was in his bowl, and it was like a different kittie, she actually woke me up at that point. He was being playfull again, he ate more than he had in prior sittings, and he just seemed to be back to normal. It was VERY strange. I think this new pill we have to give him, made him sick at first but then kicked in and made him better. At this point, he woke me up at about 4am to play, which I happily did for a little bit because he's been so groggy I was just happy to see him active. Then Renee' got up with him at about 6am, fed him again, and played more. Now he's alseep next to me on the couch and Renee's back taking a nap for a little bit. When I talk to the vet today, hopefully she says..."Oh yeah, that's expected" and we don't have to take him back in.
Alrighgty....I SWEAR I'll try to come up with a different topic for my next post. LOL....actually, I was going to walk outside yesterday, but it was 96 degrees and I kinda thought that wasn't a good idea. Today is supposed to be similar so it may be a treadmill kinda day for me. It's one thing to walk when it's warm out...but near 100 degrees, might be counter-productive.
Anybody with thoughts on that?
Keep on Rockin'
