I bought a new (digital) scale due to the fact that this one at work can give me a 4 lb difference in readings if I step on it more than once, but I tried the new one out today and it gave me the same exact reading (down to the .1th) every time, so, I don't feel like I'm guessing at my weight now. My point being that I'm ready to go as a newbie ROCKSTAR! And will be representing on the new longest loser challenge.

Oh, and btw, I'm Tina, HI EVERYONE! I'm not really very technicologically savvy, but Holly is giving me a lot of help there, taught me how to post and edit, so... be patient, I'll catch on. Bio to come on the Rockstar Bio page.

How is everyone doing today? I got up and did 6 miles.....dang the challenge - not settling for less today since I have had two days off....I did an hour on the ellipse high intensity and then an hour on the treadmill

Did you know....that New Kids on the Block actually has a song out? Isn't it a little bit embarrassing to be a 30+ year old man and still be called a "New Kid"? I guess if it pays the bills.....(and yes I am a fan)

WAY TO GO LARA WALK-STAR!!! and yes, i too am a fan, and i think it is totally embarassing. on the other hand i would jump on it in a heartbeat for that kinda dough, i'm greedy like that (speaking of which, anyone like kevin smith?)- i LOVE this weekly trivia!! great idea.

good news today- the fever is gone and i am not as tired. bad news, my arm is still quite useless and SORE!! and the munchkin woke up at the same time as me this morning, so no A.M. workout . He is going to grandma's while i go get blood work done, and then will stay and play for a bit, so i have between now and then to decide what my plan for today is as far as working out and eating on-track. wish me luck.

WELCOME TINA!!! We're glad you're here, and Holly is such a great help as you clearly already know and an accurate scale is a great step (i would have kept the old one and used the lowest reading ), way to go. [and thanks for reminding me about the bio!!]

Hi all, Debbi here! Feeling a little I talked with Lara the other week, told her I was interested but didn't follow thru with anything.
