It is almost 5pm and I have 1.5 miles in so far. I don't know what my problem is today. Dawn if you can do after working hard all day I can too. I'll be back later. Maybe I'll be nice and do a mile for Dawn.
Aww, thanks Zina! You are great! Yes we have hoiyers but it is a rule we are to have two people at all times with the machines. We worked short again today. God has given me grace and strength.I got my 3 miles in today after work.It was sooo hot!!! My feet and legs are swollen and My back is hurting.I have a bulging disk and I think I aggrivated it today. I hope it feels better tomorrow so I can go to kickboxing..I get remeasured and weighed tomorrow for the challenge---Let you know how I did.

my bulging disk loves ice, ice baby! and those leg stretches will help your back (do hamstrings, quads, calves, and hip flexors (you can do a lunge for this one))if you aren't sure what to do google it or ask tatiana is a big stretch fan, too!

KEEP GETTING THE WALK DONE YOU GREAT WALKERS!!!

Heya walkers! I am still on Orcas. Will be back home tomorrow.
I did my 5 miles today. Day 5 is done and only 16 more to go. I see we lost some people on the way... or they just forgot to report to home base.

I see Annia walking even when she is so tired, Zina learning the lesson not to wait until it's dark and almost the next day, Stacey making her husband walk and ultimately extending his lifespan by exercising... I see Don plugging away and chopping off the pounds... I see Dawn keeping up with her three mile walks and never giving up (is it because of the "fine"?).

We are still missing Jennifer, Jasmyn, and Mary. We know that Tiffany is in the bushes. Still.

Debbie, thanks for stopping by! I hope your kiddo is getting better and you are able to walk...

Well, it's time to get ready for bed - the ferry leaves at 6:45 AM tomorrow.

Happy walking!

Don, that is so great. And you are doing your miles on elliptical which requires serious workout.

I am missing Lara the RockStar. Where are you girl?

Camping was EXCELLENT! Beautiful lake..lots of hiking trails. Saturday we took a 13. 7 mile hike and Sunday we walked almost as far 11. 9 miles. Ahhh wow...I cannot believe how much fun we had just swimming and walking..talking..! This morning I have already made my 5 miles. I figured I would get it out of the way and get busy playing with my niece.

Lara ROCKSTAR is back

I did my 5 miles Saturday before the girls night for SATC ... I walked three miles on the treadmill and 2 miles with the dog - all before 9 am (when I had to be at a freinds house to go shopping and prepare)

Sunday - I did not walk - I got in from dancing at 3 and then was supposed to be at my bro's house at 515 to go move my parents to their new house. I could not make it..I was delirious...so I slept a little but and then I went to help move....when I cam home, it was face down on the bed I was so tired and I just woke up at 11 this morning. I have a meeting this afternoon for work, but the plan is to get 5+ this afternoon. I don't know if it will be possible to do 12, but I will try...

Sorry to let the walking buddies down....
