Hi Everyone,

Hope Everyone Has A Great Day Today And Get In Their Exercise.
Has Anyone Already Started Christmas Shopping Yet For This Year. I Have Already Gotten A Couple Of Things. I Would Love To Be Finished With It By November That Way I Can Enjoy The Christmas Season Without Running Around Hunting For Gifts At The Last Minute.

Well Everyone Have A Great Day

My Christmas wish list:

To prove to myself that I can achieve anything that I dedicate myself to.
To have my now 8 month old sons only childhood memories of his mother be of me in shape and healthy.
to wear a sexy dress to the holiday parties and not worry about if I look good all night.
and for once in the past 15 years to have a new years resolution that is not weight related.

Oh Julie, you should get a pretty pic taken for Christmas, make a card and send it to that mean doctor. (maybe you could be flipping him the bird...lol)

I love everyone's wish lists....I want it all! Well, maybe not the having children....

i don't think we're doing christmas gifts this year. last year it was so stressful and pressured that the family decided next time we wouldn't do that. it really took away from us feeling good and just being together. so this year we are keeping it small. i think my hubby, son and i are doing family portraits. all the more reason to be looking and feeling top notch

ok, my Christmas wish list.......here goes......

to look good for me
to not be ashamed of the way I look
to feel better physically
to hear the doctor say you're not diabetic
to not be scared of the scale
for my daughter to be proud of me
to be as good of a person as my grandaughters think I am. (that one's tough)
to be able to run 3K

guess that's about it. If I hit all of those, the rest should fall in place.

These lists are so good! I just love reading them. They motivate me to do this...really lose it, once and for all!

I won't Christmas shop until the end...I like the hustle and bustle...I know, I am sick: )
Ok...
here are some more wishes on my list:
To be myself...who God created me to be...not hidden away behind this fat suit.
To be proud of myself.
To be an athlete...or athletic. Able to run for 2 miles without stopping (around a pond near my home where I walk/wog now)
To look younger
To wear pants and have the waist of them not bunch all up because my belly is hanging over.
To lose the rolls, over the bra, the pants...etc.
I hope someone doesn't recognize me...y'know...because I look so different!?
To buy some cute shoes...with smaller straps...the dainty kind.

There are probably more...but that's enough for now!
I sure hope I am good...and santa brings me everything I want!

Thank you again to everyone for sharing! your lists motivate me to stay on track!
Blessings!!!
