My Christmas List

1. To be comfortable with myself (regardless of size) preferably a smaller size
2. To look great in the cute clothes and to be able to throw away my fat sucker
3. To be able to run and actually enjoy it
4. To not think about my weight every minute of every day
5. To inspire my family to be healthy especially my little girls

I'm sure I will think of more later

* To meet my challange goal.
* To actually be able to look at people, in the eyes, unashamed of my appearance.
* To feel good in clothes that are not tent-like.
* To shop in regular stores (not plus sized).
* To inspire my kids to make better choices.
* To be happy with or without my husband in my life.
* To stop hiding and start exploring life around me.
* To be used by God thru this because I know my weight has kept ME from serving Him in the way I know I should be.
* To give someone my camera and ASK them to take my picture...full length!
* To have some peace in my life, with myself and in relationships around me.

Hi everyone!

Well, as an reminder and an inspiration piece, I posted a bikini pic taken yesterday. I hope to put on that same bikini in Dec. and look the bomb.

What I want to hear?
-I want to hear, "Damn girl, you lost your boobs and your ass but you look good!"
-Wow you look better then you did ten years ago.
-Do I know you? hehehe

What do I want for Christmas?
-No more snoring - even a little bit. Everytime I put on weight my snoring gets louder. I haven't snored lately but I need it to go away permanently.
-To be happy in my own skin
-To workout to maintain my weight
-To feel 100% sexy

I am crying again!!! This is beautiful!!!
I mean this is really making me cry...
I totally "feel" everyone of your wishes...and I am so thankful that I have all of you to relate too!

Here are my goals for the week:
1. under 1400 cals a day
2. 64 ozs of water a day at least ( getting hot, here)
3. 20 min Jillian dvd 6 days
4. Half of the team challenges on my days off.
5. vitamins daily
6. Eat more fish, the salmon last nite was awesome, and only 100 cals for 4 ozs!
7. Log on and support my team!! daily
8. Not stress so much about that darn scale, lol
9. maintain my daily devotions, and thank God every day for what He had given me!
