Ashley? where is Ashley..did i miss something...(you do know that i suffer from having the memory of a goldfish right...please fill me in....

I am going to work my booty off this week...im pushing to be down to atleast 179 by saturday (when us heartbreakers weigh in) my hubby and dad will be out of town and i will have more time to focus on me getting into shape! anyhow....just wanted to check in with everyone...and let you all know that you are awesome! and we are all in this together...and we will win this battle of the bulge together!! lets do it!!

Seriously, I'm thinking of posting a nice picture of Santa on my fridge....to remind me to eat nice instead of naughty. My wish for Christmas....... You all know it:
