That is wonderful that your hubby is starting. I really wish my hubby would. Actually he has a few times and quits. It is to hard he goes a week or two and gives up. I just try to pack him healthier lunches etc. but ultimitely it is his choice. I am just hoping what I am accomplishing will rulb off on him.

Today I start my 2 Mile Walk Away the Pounds video, I will keep at it until I am able to accomplish it! I did my 1 mile walk 4 days in a row that is a record for me!

Yesterday when hubby asked where I wanted to go to lunch I said Subway! I had a 6" Roast Beef with honey mustard instead of Mayo, I love Mayo so I was not sure how I would like the honey mustard, but it was YUMMY!

Hi ANNIE my back is better, thanks for asking. The infection is gone and I'll have minor surgery July 1st to remove the problem for good. Really not a big deal. Just hate missing water aerobics, but learning to love wogging. (always looking for that silver lining)
PS I weighed in for Heartbreakers this morning...gained 1 lb. Must be all that damned dancing! lol
