Default Weight Watchers Support Challenge

For those of us doing points, I thought we could start our section of the bleachers here.

Hello all! I actually had a pretty good day with my points....I ate all of my points (24) The problem is.... i am hungry still.... I am sure that is because I was eating way toooooooo much to begin with, so now I just have to stay focused on other things and not food!

That is good

I went out to dinner and had way too much - like 50.5 points
yikes
but I counted them, and those are just my "bonus" points for the week
no extra snacking for me

How about some 0 point foods like sugar free jell-o? Are you familiar with the 0 point veggie soups? Progresso has some but I also have a WW recipe if your interested. Know its kinda warm for soup but it does seem to take the edge off.
Also, are you remembering your extra weekly points?

I would love the recipe...anything that is 0 points is something I want! I know I have the extra points, but I dont want to use them unless I have to....I feel like if I eat a little, I will keep eating .... Thanks for the sugestions!!
